The Development Fund supports Namibians with Bursaries and Study Loans, alongside employment and training schemes aimed at human-capital development and job creation.

Bursaries

Full-time undergraduate support at recognised institutions (primarily within SADC), prioritising academically deserving, socio-economically disadvantaged applicants.

Tuition and prescribed learning materials.
Accommodation/transport per Policy and availability.
Non-repayable grant (per DF regulations).
